1. Access and Limitations

By purchasing any digital or downloadable product, you are granted lifetime access to the materials through our membership portal, subject to these terms. Any included coaching sessions must be booked within 90 days of the date of purchase. We reserve the right to revoke access to any product or service if you breach these terms, including but not limited to: initiating a chargeback, sharing our content without permission, or any other misuse of our materials.

2. Format & Compatibility

Our downloadable products are provided in PDF, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel formats. While our products are designed to function within commonly used software, we do not guarantee that future software or device updates will maintain compatibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your device or software can access the file formats provided.

3. Disclaimers

All content provided within our digital products is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing contained within our products constitutes professional, legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice. 5. Protection Against Copycats & Unauthorised Sharing

In addition to the usage limitations above, you are expressly forbidden from: (a) reselling, reproducing, or redistributing any product; (b) sharing the materials with friends, family, clients, or any third party; and (c) copying or modifying the materials for the purpose of redistribution or resale. Any breach of this clause may result in immediate revocation of access and potential legal action.

6. Limiting Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Payment Terms

All payments for digital products are taken upfront at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

8. No Refunds

Due to the immediate access and electronic nature of our digital products, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Any refunds issued will be at our sole and absolute discretion. By purchasing, you agree not to initiate any chargeback through your payment provider under any circumstances. All payments are final, and we reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.

10. Updates & Future Access
